I discovered a water leak at about 9:00 PM on Thursday night. I called Meridian Plumbing the next morning at 7:45 AM. They had a plumber (Mafi was his name) out to my house by 9:45 AM.He called before arriving, and before entering my home he put shoe covers on (this is a big deal to me).There were two options for finding the exact source of the leak and he recommended the least expensive of the options. In the end, he was correct and he was able to replace the leaking section of pipe.I have no idea how Meridian Plumbing rates price-wise. Because of the size of their business I suspect they are comparable to other plumbers in the area. I expected to pay 2-3 times more...read full review

Meridian Plumbing technician Tripp installed a new water softener for us today. He made a special effort to install the new valve and drain box in our laundry room wall so that no dry wall repair was required. He arranged the water softener equipment so that it fit into a tight location, and replaced the old hose bib with a new Code-compliant one. Thank you, Tripp!

Excellent service. The office person was able to fit me into their schedule the same day I called. Their employee Mafi called approx an hour and half later to say he was 10 min away. Mafia was professional, courteous and personable. He gave me clear explanations on the issues with the leaky toilet, the age of the toilet as well as cost of repair versus replacement. Decided to replace. Very satisfied with my experience with Meridian Plumbing and Mafi was especially nice to work with.?
