“Woke up on Easter Sunday with no hot water in our 2 year old home ! Panic set in, reached out to friends who HIGHLY referred S & R Heating. Called them not expecting to answer Easter Sunday. They did! And stopped by on the way to his own Easter Sunday dinner !!! Long story short a few hours later we have hot water again! Advised to call back next day if any water leaking. Later Easter Sunday recieced call from Jake checking in on hot water heater, was able to get an appt scheduled so they could come out and check a little water still leaking. “I had a small, easy-to-replace sensor fail on my furnace on Christmas Eve, and called everywhere to see if someone could replace it or at least sell me the part so I could replace it. As you can imagine, no one was available on Christmas Eve, and no one was willing to even sell me the part. I finally found Petsche Heating & Cooling, and even though he was busy with family, he interupted his day to sell me the part. “Earlier this year, I called Premier to look into a continuing issue with my ductless system. This was the third time I had called them and we agreed it was time for a new unit. They sold me a Daikin unit and installed it quickly (summer temps were starting to rise) and professionally. My original unit had been installed by the previous owner and they did not do a very good job. Premier, on the other hand, did everything correctly and guaranteed their work. The best part? My electric bill has been less than half of what it was on the old system, and now that things are cooling off, my bills are actually a quarter (yep, 25%) of what they were last year. It’s always tough when you have to spend a lot of money like this, but if you gotta do it, let the pros like Premier handle it. You’ll be glad you did, I know I am.“
