This service job was the best one ever done. He cleaned parts that have never been cleaned that were supposed to cleaned every service but never were because of the difficulty to get to them. He took pics of every step and logged it. So no short cuts. Really nice man!
Brandon did a great job. He is very polite, professional, and explains things well. I have personally requested him the last few services and he does not disappoint. I would highly recommend him.
Brad was a fantastic service person to work with. Ultimate heating and air has always had good timeliness, responsiveness, and workability with my awkward schedule. Brad came over today and cleaned out 12 vents in my house, showing us before, and after pictures of what it looked like in our ventilation system. He was very respectful and easy to work with, especially since my wife and I were working from home while he was servicing our home. Very great to work with, would definitely consider ultimate heating and air in the future especially if we have to work with Brad.
