“We just finished our kitchen remodel with CCH and we're thrilled with the results!<br><br>I researched contractors and selected them mainly because of their communication, quality, strong project management skills, and close attention to the budget. When the project started I knew what we were spending and how long it would take. They use the BuilderTrend app so I could see the subs who were coming each week, photos of the jobsite were uploaded with a report each day and selections and financials were closely monitored within it as well.<br><br>Mike, the owner, is very straightforward and up front about cost, timeframes, etc., Alicia, the designer on staff, was knowledgeable on kitchen trends, and ideas to make the project more cost effective. Brandon, our construction manager, was on site every day making sure the subs he scheduled were doing what was needed and to his specifications, he had great attention to detail. The worksite was clean, the subs were friendly and professional; I work from home, so it made a difference.“

“I had a drainage issue in my bathroom and Heather saw my post on Facebook regarding it. She quickly inboxed me and told me she’ll come look at it. I had no mold or anything just my bathroom tub having a drainage issue causing a minor hole above my kitchen sink. In order to fix it the sheet rock needed to be cut, her team did just that, and did even better with the clean up. They got the space opened up and they will have a plumber come out to replace the piece that’s having a minor leak. As well as someone to repair the hole in the ceiling. I appreciate her swiftness in getting here the next day to check the problem and providing a solution. Amazing service and a amazing team, I highly recommend her company & their services! I will provide an after image when it’s complete ?“

“Update: I am revising my overall assessment of the company after they offered an apology, corrected the deficiencies from the first installation, and extended a discount for the inconvenience.<br>I think it says a lot when a company can acknowledge their mistakes and correct the problems in an effort to serve the customer. And after seeing the final product (garage cabinets and slat wall), I can see their craftsmanship and they CAN provide a quality product and I can now safely recommend them.<br><br>Previous review (edited due to space constraint):<br>I've had nothing but problems with this company, and while some problems are to be expected, the lack of customer service from this company baffles me.<br><br>Problems noted:<br>1. The designer had not taken into account the location of the electrical panel for the slat wall installation.<br>2. They had changed the installation date on me, without even a phone call to see if the new date would be convenient.<br>3. On the day of the install, I find out the team came unprepared. They had to go back to the shop like 3-4 times because they didn't have the parts / supplies that they needed. Luckily, I only lived 2 miles from their shop.<br>4.To be fair, the install team were friendly and it appeared they were making progress until they broke one of the cabinets. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive and for them to complete the job. They had failed to complete the slat wall installation because they had run out. How can they run out when they should have come with all the necessary parts to complete the job to begin with? While inspecting the slat wall, I see some of the screws were not anchored to a stud. As a result, the top portion of the slat wall was pulling away from the wall.<br>5.They also forgot that the design called for a grommet to be installed on one of the cabinets; they couldn't install a grommet because the installer didn't have a hole saw. The explanation I got was "his partner" has the drill and hole saw. The installer then told me he would be by in the next day or so to complete the grommet.; that never happened.<br>6. And then I find out the cabinet doors are not soft closing; the designer had assured me that their doors are indeed soft closing. So I presume the installer had installed the wrong hinges.<br>7.During their multiple trips to the shop, the install team did bring the missing hooks for the slat wall; so I guess they get kudos for that. As they're leaving, I see two big boxes. I was told they contain the two bicycle racks I had ordered as part of the job. When I opened the boxes, I didn't find two bicycle racks but I found 10 bicycle racks.<br>8.So about two weeks later, I get a text asking if an install date to complete their work was convenient. At least, this time they asked me before setting up a date. Then the following day, they text me that they can come a day sooner. Yay, I agreed. The next day, they text me that they have a conflict and asked if they can come a day sooner now. Anxious to get the job done, I agreed. Well, the morning of the install to finish and repair their mistake, I get a call stating they can't come at the hour promised because they don't have all the parts. Now instead of coming out 9-10 AM, they think they can come out like 330-400 PM same day.<br><br>Are you starting to see a trend / pattern with this company? They are disorganized and obvious to me that they don't care about customer service or the quality of their work. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.<br><br>I had tried to speak with one of their supervisors. A woman identifying herself as a supervisor answered the phone; I got nothing but lip service from her. Not once did I get an apology from her or the company for the poor service. You think with all the number of times I had to ensure I was home, they could offer a discount t“

“Earlier this year, I called Premier to look into a continuing issue with my ductless system. This was the third time I had called them and we agreed it was time for a new unit. They sold me a Daikin unit and installed it quickly (summer temps were starting to rise) and professionally. My original unit had been installed by the previous owner and they did not do a very good job. Premier, on the other hand, did everything correctly and guaranteed their work. The best part? My electric bill has been less than half of what it was on the old system, and now that things are cooling off, my bills are actually a quarter (yep, 25%) of what they were last year. It’s always tough when you have to spend a lot of money like this, but if you gotta do it, let the pros like Premier handle it. You’ll be glad you did, I know I am.“
