The entire process from lot selection, home plan changes, the design studio, and throughout construction was seamless and stress free.Annie Valentine ensured the home we were building was exactly what we wanted and she was very patient and helpful during the initial phases of the decision process. Annie made several suggestions that were wonderful and added to the finished product. By listening to her expertise we were able to add things we would have never thought of. Those suggestions have really enhanced our new home and I am glad that we implemented themWhen it came to the build process we felt that were part of the entire process. Our project manager Sam Waters was outstanding in his communication and attention to detail. I appreciated the way Sam made himself available throughout the process and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Once the house was finished and ready for that final walkthrough we were impressed by Sam’s proactive nature and how he was on top of any issue.Overall both my wife and I are extremely happy with our Tresidio experience. We truly felt that we were part of the whole process and included in the entire build. Tresidio and their team did an outstanding job“

“I had a drainage issue in my bathroom and Heather saw my post on Facebook regarding it. She quickly inboxed me and told me she’ll come look at it. I had no mold or anything just my bathroom tub having a drainage issue causing a minor hole above my kitchen sink. In order to fix it the sheet rock needed to be cut, her team did just that, and did even better with the clean up. They got the space opened up and they will have a plumber come out to replace the piece that’s having a minor leak. As well as someone to repair the hole in the ceiling. I appreciate her swiftness in getting here the next day to check the problem and providing a solution. Amazing service and a amazing team, I highly recommend her company & their services! I will provide an after image when it’s complete ?“
