“After a flood that effected almost our entire basement, we called Tobin Restoration. We had another occasion to use their services in the past and remembered having a very positive experience. They were great at getting everything cleaned up in a timely and professional manner. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Ryan was our project manager for all the repairs. I run a preschool in my basement and was concerned about having everything done by the time school started. Ryan and his crews made sure to prioritize our project and get it done with plenty of time to spare, and they did a great job. The crew that came and packed up our belongings and took them to storage was also wonderful. Marinda, Donavon, Joey and Orlando packed and unpacked quickly and professionally. It took such a burden off of me not to have to do that myself. Also, Stephanie in the office was so patient and understanding every time I texted or called her when I was panicked about getting everything done in time. She always reassured me and never got frustrated with me. I definitionally would recommend Tobin for any damage or restoration needs.“

“Roof Rescue replaced my roof a little over two years ago. A few months ago the boot around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof failed and water leaked into the house and damaged the ceiling in a hallway. I called Roof Rescue and let them know. They asked me to send them pictures of the roof and the damage inside the house. Which I did. It took them a three days to respond and send one of their crew to repair the boot. Then it took about a month and a half for the repairman (********************* of Henderson ************************************************ to come in for fixing the ceiling. But Roof Rescue kept me well informed about when that would happen and explained that their ceiling repair sub-contractor was overbooked. Well, eventually, all was done and the ceiling looks absolutely great. One cannot tell the difference between the previously damaged zone and the rest of the ceiling. While at it, *********************, the sub-contractor also fixed a few popped out nails near the damage (and helped me replace a light I could not reach). I am really satisfied with the level and quality of service I received from Roof Rescue and from Henderson ************************************************“

“Several years ago, we bought new carpet for the living room in our home from Carpet One in Idaho Falls. We called them and asked who they would recommend to clean our carpet. They recommended Tim Thomas, Owner/Restorations Specialist, Thomas Cleaning & Restoration. We called Tim and he scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, July 16, 2024. He arrived on time, asked us to show him around the house, and to let him know which carpets we wanted cleaned. He quickly took measurements and gave us an estimate. His rates are fair and competitive. He estimated about three hours to clean the carpet in three bedrooms, a family room, and a living room. He explained the process and after cleaning the carpets, he set up nine floor fans to dry the carpets. The fans ran for about 20 hours. Our carpets look, smell, and feel new again. When you need your carpet(s) cleaned, we highly recommend Tim. We promise, you will be just as pleased as we are with his work and the results.“

“We had a window AC unit in a small bedroom that we use as an office, that apparently had been leaking water into the wall for some time. Weren’t aware didn’t notice it until my wife could smell a musty smell, and then we noticed the paint was bubbling up on the Sheetrock.

I took 5 quotes from local restoration companies, Rainbow was the third company to come out and give us a quote, of the 5 theirs was the lowest. My wife looked over the quotes and of course she liked the lowest priced one, but she also just had a good feeling about them. I learned a long time ago to listen to her gut feelings. I don’t usually go with the lowest price (you get what you pay for). I was however quite impressed with Triston, he was very laid back, and very accommodating, so I gave him the job. I found their people knowledgeable, and professional. My only complaint is the job seemed to drag on. However the completed work was worth it.

My wife and had been talking about remodeling the bathroom in out basement and had been putting away some money for that project. So we decided to ask for a quote from Triston. He brought Rainbows remodeling manager Adrian, by to look over the project and work up a quote. He looked over the job and told us that he would get the quote for budget purposes, but that some of the required work couldn’t be quoted until things were opens up. Which I could fully understand. The budget quote was well within our budget, and we decided to go ahead. Again the people they used were amazing. Triston, Adrian and the guy’s were again willing to go above and beyond in providing us with the best experience. The final cost to do the job including the unknowns was still within the budget. They took care of us.“
