Dr. Caldwell was so kind and compassionate, and explained everything thoroughly before fixing my pup's luxating patella. I appreciated so much that he opts for the conservative route whenever he can. My dog did not make the healing process easy on anyone, and Dr. Caldwell was there to answer every single question I had and help with aftercare. A very special shout out to Mel, Mike and Kelly for being absolutely wonderful anytime I had to call in with questions, concerns, and refills. While I hope my dog never needs surgery again, I can rest easy knowing that Dr. Caldwell and Staff are there and he will receive the best care in the Treasure Valley!“

“Critter Clinic is an amazing place to take your pup. The knowledge,compassion,and flexibility has been incredible to say the least. They have always taken great care of each pet that I had. My baby of 16 years had to be euthanized January 2ns, 2024. It has been a very hard and miserable journey saying goodbye. I know that Lilo is now in a better place and pain free. Thanks to all the staff at Critter Clinic for their compassion and empathy. I still have one pup left and I can say with certainty that I will continue using Critter Clinic for all my pets needs. “Dr. Hunter is amazing. She takes time to listen which helps with accurate diagnoses. It is easy to see how much she cares about her clients and patients. The vet techs and receptionists are well trained, caring and communicative. The clinic is well organized, clean and exceptionally beautiful inside with wood window trim and hardwood floors. I love everything about this clinic!“

“OK here it goes. My dog was 13 years old. He had a cyst on his spleen, I took him in. They diagnosed it right away, gave me my options. He was very candid about the situation, which I thoroughly respected him for doing so.!! They all were very professional, helping me put my dog down give us a plaque of his paw, print and sent flowers the next day.!! You normally have to really piss me off to get a review from me, so good job ? all be back .!!!Thx’s“

“Been taking my pets there probably 20years or more, since they were on Finely. Always liked living close to the Vet. I'm retired now and they have become very expensive. Not sure I can keep going there. Some of my neighbors have found different vets, that weren't so expensive. Plus every time I get there is a different doctor. Probably will look somewhere else next time.“

“My friend’s cat needed dental work and some matted fur cut. I took her it. They are super nice there. My daughter in law worked there during the summer when she was on vet school summer break. She recommended them.Today my friend’s cat is limping. She still can jump on the bed and get around. So tomorrow morning I’m taking her in to see what’s wrong.Well the vet carefully examined Shandy couldn’t find anything wrong. She pulled and pushed gently on 1st her non limping leg then the right leg. She said bring her back on Monday if she’s still limping. She’s walking much better now.“

“We took our pup to Hendricks because we were told that one of the vets - Dr Patterson - specializes in derm issues in dogs, and our pup was having some skin issues. They were so attentive and caring, and we didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room before being helped. The Dr came up with a plan and communicated the expectations and plan clearly, and filled our dogs prescriptions promptly. I highly recommend Hendricks if you are looking for a new vet.“

“I brought a feral neighborhood cat to Ewing Veterinarian Hospital. The cat had been slowly showing signs of ill health over the winter months. He would hide at the sight of a human but was so sick he gradually initiated contact and petting in a desperate desire for help. I was able to scoop him up and put him in a cat carrier and take him to the vet. The veterinarian, Dr. Weatherer, was swift and accurate in his diagnosis which shockingly, was diabetes. It will be a long road back to health for this cat but Dr. Weatherer has shown a great deal of compassion in his willingness to assist in getting the cat back on the cat back on the road to a good life once again. This vet is devoted to his practice and our animals.“
“We recently had to bring our Golden Retriever in for a leg infection. Dr Wright and staff were amazing as this was on a Saturday afternoon. We needed to bring him back for follow up. We later found out he needed to be put down for a tumor that had gotten too big as was causing him to suffer. Dr. Wrights compassion was unbelievable. They made a unbearable situation bearable. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our Dog. I do not seeing us going anywhere else ever again for our veterinary needs.“
