“I can't thank Dr. Caldwell and his team enough. My dog tore both ACL's back-to-back and I was certain I would have to put him down considering the cost of the surgery at other facilities. They were able to do both surgeries for the same price as one at West vet. I was able to get x-rays, surgery, and follow up appointments for a well laid out price with no surprising costs.Additionally, they were so attentive to me and my dog. The care we received was beyond amazing. I cannot recommend or thank them enough!“
“Moved to Boise found a great Dr that took in my two xlbullies and a older vet pitty took him to surgery and they were very clean nice people and my lil boy did great and was all wrapped up and done in about a hr great staff and overall my pittys approved the first pic is of the vets windows great place“

“OK here it goes. My dog was 13 years old. He had a cyst on his spleen, I took him in. They diagnosed it right away, gave me my options. He was very candid about the situation, which I thoroughly respected him for doing so.!! They all were very professional, helping me put my dog down give us a plaque of his paw, print and sent flowers the next day.!! You normally have to really piss me off to get a review from me, so good job ? all be back .!!!Thx’s“

“Critter Clinic is an amazing place to take your pup. The knowledge,compassion,and flexibility has been incredible to say the least. They have always taken great care of each pet that I had. My baby of 16 years had to be euthanized January 2ns, 2024. It has been a very hard and miserable journey saying goodbye. I know that Lilo is now in a better place and pain free. Thanks to all the staff at Critter Clinic for their compassion and empathy. I still have one pup left and I can say with certainty that I will continue using Critter Clinic for all my pets needs. “Been taking my pets there probably 20years or more, since they were on Finely. Always liked living close to the Vet. I'm retired now and they have become very expensive. Not sure I can keep going there. Some of my neighbors have found different vets, that weren't so expensive. Plus every time I get there is a different doctor. Probably will look somewhere else next time.“
“My friend’s cat needed dental work and some matted fur cut. I took her it. They are super nice there. My daughter in law worked there during the summer when she was on vet school summer break. She recommended them.Today my friend’s cat is limping. She still can jump on the bed and get around. So tomorrow morning I’m taking her in to see what’s wrong.Well the vet carefully examined Shandy couldn’t find anything wrong. She pulled and pushed gently on 1st her non limping leg then the right leg. She said bring her back on Monday if she’s still limping. She’s walking much better now.“
“We took our pup to Hendricks because we were told that one of the vets - Dr Patterson - specializes in derm issues in dogs, and our pup was having some skin issues. They were so attentive and caring, and we didn't have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room before being helped. The Dr came up with a plan and communicated the expectations and plan clearly, and filled our dogs prescriptions promptly. I highly recommend Hendricks if you are looking for a new vet.“

“I brought a feral neighborhood cat to Ewing Veterinarian Hospital. The cat had been slowly showing signs of ill health over the winter months. He would hide at the sight of a human but was so sick he gradually initiated contact and petting in a desperate desire for help. I was able to scoop him up and put him in a cat carrier and take him to the vet. The veterinarian, Dr. Weatherer, was swift and accurate in his diagnosis which shockingly, was diabetes. It will be a long road back to health for this cat but Dr. Weatherer has shown a great deal of compassion in his willingness to assist in getting the cat back on the cat back on the road to a good life once again. This vet is devoted to his practice and our animals.“
“They are the best! I wouldn't trust my Gordon to any other vet. Dr. Bev is amazing, the staff is helpful, the prices are not sky-high and the care is superior.“
“Dr. Bev is a compassionate vet who takes the time to discuss concerns as they arise. She does end of life home visits which we find incredibly helpful for our senior dogs.“

“Habitat gave the best care to my 2.8 lb Netherland Dwarf bunny who had a serious abscess on her head that required surgery. Bunnies are so susceptible to anesthesia. I was informed of the issue and told that they would update me from start to end and recovery from the surgery. And they did. Tinamarie had the best outcome. Thank you Dr. Everett, Katie and the office staff. I am so grateful for you care of Tinamarie….and also me.“

“Edit*Thank you so much for your kind and prompt response. I really appreciate that. I changed my initial 1 star review so that my past experience with previous staff does not reflect new ownership and current practices. I am happy to hear that animal safety is your top priority.Dishonest and neglectful staff. Took my 2 year old healthy bull dog in for an elective spay and she died less than an hour after she was discharged from internal bleeding after suffering a fall at the vet. Unfortunately this was not disclosed to me until the next day when I returned sobbing to find out what happened. The Dr admitted she fell out of her elevated kennel onto her stomach and he did not evaluate her afterwards, but rather ordered more pain meds for her whimpering. To his defense, he did own the neglectful death and reimbursed me and the emergency vet I took her to when her heart stopped. The 2nd vet opened her incision after she died and said she had internally bled to death. Still, I would not recommend this vet clinic. This was 7 years ago, but until recently the thought of what happened was too upsetting to write a review. I would hope practices have changed since then, but had I read a review like this one I wouldn’t have taken my dog to this clinic.“
