“We had our dream house built by Austan at Red Leaf Building Co. We were living in NC. made a trip to Eagle just to visit my sister. Once here, we fell in love with Eagle and everything about it. Our niece had a beautiful custom home built by Austan, my sister was beginning her custom home with Austan. We picked our lot. Thankfully Austan also owns Eagle Creek Realty Group, so the entire process was painless. We began discussing with Austan everything we had dreamed of in a perfect home. Austan began sketching out ideas, giving suggestions and defining the ideas we had dreamed of.After final plans were drawn and building started, this is when the magic began. Living in NC and building in Eagle, Idaho we were unable to be here for the build. But, this was a seamless process. Austan provided premium workmanship, superior products and he monitored every inch of the build. He would call me when he felt we needed to tweak an idea, he was constantly available to answer my questions. I asked for additional finish items, an extra laundry room closet here, a built in bookshelf there, and all of our requests were met with kindness. In finishing our home, Austan surprised us with extra details that we had never thought of.Our finished home was nothing less than perfect. Austan helped us maximize a dream home with a perfect view. His detail to providing beautiful windows, upgraded appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting placement, finish carpentry, is more than I had hoped for.We flew out once during the process to pick out tile, carpeting, countertops, knowing we could fully rely on Austan to build us a quality home.We have been in our new home for a year now. We couldn’t be happier. Austan came through on everything we had dreamed of. I even have a “She Shed” in my husbands massive 48’ RV garage.
