“Update: I am revising my overall assessment of the company after they offered an apology, corrected the deficiencies from the first installation, and extended a discount for the inconvenience.
I think it says a lot when a company can acknowledge their mistakes and correct the problems in an effort to serve the customer. And after seeing the final product (garage cabinets and slat wall), I can see their craftsmanship and they CAN provide a quality product and I can now safely recommend them.

Previous review (edited due to space constraint):
I've had nothing but problems with this company, and while some problems are to be expected, the lack of customer service from this company baffles me.

Problems noted:
1. The designer had not taken into account the location of the electrical panel for the slat wall installation.
2. They had changed the installation date on me, without even a phone call to see if the new date would be convenient.
3. On the day of the install, I find out the team came unprepared. They had to go back to the shop like 3-4 times because they didn't have the parts / supplies that they needed. Luckily, I only lived 2 miles from their shop.
4.To be fair, the install team were friendly and it appeared they were making progress until they broke one of the cabinets. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive and for them to complete the job. They had failed to complete the slat wall installation because they had run out. How can they run out when they should have come with all the necessary parts to complete the job to begin with? While inspecting the slat wall, I see some of the screws were not anchored to a stud. As a result, the top portion of the slat wall was pulling away from the wall.
5.They also forgot that the design called for a grommet to be installed on one of the cabinets; they couldn't install a grommet because the installer didn't have a hole saw. The explanation I got was "his partner" has the drill and hole saw. The installer then told me he would be by in the next day or so to complete the grommet.; that never happened.
6. And then I find out the cabinet doors are not soft closing; the designer had assured me that their doors are indeed soft closing. So I presume the installer had installed the wrong hinges.
7.During their multiple trips to the shop, the install team did bring the missing hooks for the slat wall; so I guess they get kudos for that. As they're leaving, I see two big boxes. I was told they contain the two bicycle racks I had ordered as part of the job. When I opened the boxes, I didn't find two bicycle racks but I found 10 bicycle racks.
8.So about two weeks later, I get a text asking if an install date to complete their work was convenient. At least, this time they asked me before setting up a date. Then the following day, they text me that they can come a day sooner. Yay, I agreed. The next day, they text me that they have a conflict and asked if they can come a day sooner now. Anxious to get the job done, I agreed. Well, the morning of the install to finish and repair their mistake, I get a call stating they can't come at the hour promised because they don't have all the parts. Now instead of coming out 9-10 AM, they think they can come out like 330-400 PM same day.

Are you starting to see a trend / pattern with this company? They are disorganized and obvious to me that they don't care about customer service or the quality of their work. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

I had tried to speak with one of their supervisors. A woman identifying herself as a supervisor answered the phone; I got nothing but lip service from her.
