Called Electric Experts and even though the boys had taken off for the day, the owner popped on the line, heard me out, and literally walked me through locating the correct location (hint they may be where the power meter on your house is located and not on your main panel!) and thanks to his willingness to guide me we were able to reset the breaker and we’re back in business!!
