“Today I had an estimate for a backup generator for my home. The gentleman (Mr. J. Miller) showed up early and was very professional, clean, and friendly.He did the estimate for me while politely listening to me chatter. He was incredibly polite and while I am not one to have people in my home unless absolutely necessary, I felt comfortable with him. One very important factor was that all of my animals liked him and anyone who has had dogs knows that our animals are very good judges of character so upon seeing that they were comfortable, I was as well.Once he had completed his estimate, and we were conversing, it came out that I had an electrical issue that I had been dealing with for going on a year. He offered to check the breaker and outlet and told me he could fix it if I wanted him to so first he checked my voltage and found out in about 10 seconds that I had an issue and as it turned out he had the time and ability to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.He came to my home to do an estimate and left having provided me with a wonderful solution to a nightmare scenario for me and all for less than $200.I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service provided today.There are a few simple things I expect when handing over my husband’s hard earned money and that is quality, professionalism, and value and hands down these three expectations were met and exceeded today.I will be doing business with Magic in the future, of this I have no doubt.Thank you Mr. Miller, your genuine care and commitment to your profession is obvious and appreciated.“

“We bought a home about 2 years ago and Energy Smart Wiring did all the electrical. Everything is labeled and functions as it should. They told us to call back once we decided where we wanted our floor outlet installed. My wife and I could not agree on a location. 2 years went by and I decided that we had better get it done in case they forgot that we had already paid for it. I called and set up an appointment. “I have little wiring experience and was trying to rewire a GFCI switch. It was on a Saturday at 5 pm and the circuit this GFCI switch was on cut power to my garage openers and various outlets through my garage. Completely stumped with it I called the electricians at American Pros. My first thought was there is no way they are answering on a Saturday at 5 pm but they did. Not only did they answer but offered up advise and the solution to my problem over the phone without coming out and charging me. The electrician even went above and beyond to facetime me to show me exactly what I had wrong. He helped me fix the problem immediately. If I could I would give this company a higher rating than 5 stars and will recommend them to friends and family and be using them in the future for other electrical needs.“

“I'm remiss in not writing this sooner. Apex was the company that did the electrical in our new home a few years ago. I worked almost exclusively with Ryan (owner). In addition to doing outstanding work and being professional, on time, and very easy to work with, he also pointed out an issue with some windows that did not meet building codes. I normally would not expect an electrician to be well versed in windows, but Ryan was (and I'd bet in other areas as well). The window contractor tried to argue but ultimately caved as he finally recognized he was incorrect. I've used Apex on a few other jobs and reached out to Ryan for advice from time to time and continue to find him (them) very easy to work with. They are my ONLY go-to electricians in the valley, and I'm extremely picky (I'm an electrical engineer).“
