“Such a beautiful, serene space. I received a massage by Rose as a gift from a dear friend, and it was a wonderful experience. Rose gives the best massages and makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, and I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I would love to book with Rose again, and check out the yoga classes. I highly recommend this studio!“

“I usually don’t post reviews but I was impressed and greatly appreciative of my experience last week at Boise Aerial and Fitness. I attended a sound bath session that was so unique and relaxing. Thank you for the invitation and hosting this event at your beautiful studio. The energy was great and everything was so nice and clean.“

Pivot Lifestyle + Fitness by Kristin Armstrong Yoga

“Ok, so I haven't officially joined - but I took a tour yesterday and have to say this place is a LEGIT. Everything is super clean - from weight/exercise rooms to locker room - all sparkling (I was previously a member of Crunch and it was filthy and disgusting).

Their class offering leaves little to be desired. I'm excited to try their TRX, POD and Ignite classes. The spin room has a lot of bikes, but don't seem too close together.

I also have worked out at other local places where you can only attend a certain number of classes per month (i.e. 8 HIIT for $100/mo and no weight room, spin or yoga). Pivot offers membership which includes fully loaded weight room with treadmills plus UNLIMITED classes for $64/mo.

One thing to note is parking. Busy intersection and the parking garage is free only for the first hour. This wont' actually deter me, and I'm super excited to join.“
