I booked a private session with Jen at Zen riot seven years ago after I had my knee replaced. I was physically and spiritually in a rough spot. The energy of the studio, the instructors and yogis is calm, safe and I always leave feeling energized.I am forever grateful for Zen Riot!

From the accepting energy to the supportive community, Zen Riot is a yoga studio for everyone. I know I can grow my yoga practice at my pace and show up to my mat with my entire self here. Each instructor is wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, warm, and very present. I tell everyone I know about how Zen Riot has added abundance to my life by changing my personal relationship to my mind and body for the better. Highly recommend.

Zen Riot is an amazing place to practice yoga. The instructors are all knowledgeable and helpful and those practicing are diverse. I particularly appreciate that this is a no mirror studio, as that allows me to focus on how my body feels rather than looks. I am also grateful for frequent modifications and options given by the instructors, as this ensures my practice in each class is individualized to how my heart, mind, and body are feeling that day.
