“I want to start off by saying when I grew up there was no Internet and so buying and/or selling your home, you needed a Realtor to help you. They knew the houses and could take the time to research and find your "dream Home" or sell your home for the most money.Fast forward to Today. The Internet lets the buyer or seller see all that is available as potential new homes or other sellers/competitors to you selling your house. You can see houses all over the Country without having to actually travel so you can go at your own speed and eliminate ones that aren't worth your time actually visiting.What Today's Realtors/RealEstate Agents need to separate them from the thousand of others is to provide Services or information that their competitors don't (i.e. RELIABLE/Trustworthy Repair or Service personnel in a network that they ACTUALLY have experience with).Isaac was very helpful. We were located out of State and had only been to the Greater Boise area once years ago. He listened to our requirements/requests and informed us of areas to look at and ones to avoid. We saw pictures off the Internet and he sent pictures and videos he took himself of places we had narrowed down. He helped by recommending Home Inspectors. We ended up Closing on an house over the Internet without physically seeing it. We could not move into the House until a month later and Isaac would occasionally visit the house to ensure it was not having issues. He also went to the house to let Appliance personnel deliver and set-up appliances including going back when one of the appliances had an issue and needed to be redelivered at a later date. He also opened the Garage to allow the Movers to unload some of our belongings while we were still in Transit. Most Realtors/Real Estate Agents would not do this!!! He had said he had done similar helping for other clients with even a longer period of time between Closing and the Owner actually occupying the house.We cannot thank Issac enough. The only issue we had is once we actually arrived at our home, we never got the chance to meet Isaac in person. We tried communicating with him but as of today(months later), we have got no response.We hope all is well with him and can still highly recommend him to someone looking for their first/next home.“
