We had a great experience while buying from out of state. Tyler and Alana made the process extremely easy for us and were great at communicating everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If possible I would give 10 stars to Christina and Company. When we moved out of state we spent 7 months with a different realtor with very little traffic and several failed sales. Christina & her team swooped in and had more showings in 2 weeks than we had in the previous 7 months. The house sold right away & the contract was fairly complicated. She & her team kept up with open communication & interviewed all the parties to be sure there were no hiccups. Any time there was a problem (water left running late at night) they went out& took care of it. They offer conceierge services for anything you might need and virtually held our hand the entire way. ABSOLUTELY the best real estate team in the Boise area! We have bought 2 homes and sold 1. Each transaction wasseemless!
