I started with dope when they first opened, and they just had their 2 year celebration. I’ve loved going there since the beginning. I lost 45 lbs going there, and enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone is so kind, and will push you to achieve your goals. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of meeting has been positive and helpful through my journey. That includes other boxers who are looking to improve themselves. They offer boom classes that are HIIT centered, as well as POW classes for honing your boxing progress. If you're looking for a fun workout, then look no further. I've been taking the boom classes for the past month and I can't recommend them enough. I love the variety, the mix of cardio and strength training, the music, and the energy of the coaches. It's one of the only workouts where I haven't been counting down the minutes until it's over. Safe to say I'm not bored and I'll be sticking with it! Love this place❤️
