Highly recommend booking a massage with Christopher. Fantastic technique, confident approach and presence, strong communication, and very comfortable with all body types. A true professional, teacher and healer. His services are reasonably priced and overall an outstanding experience.

Love this place my only complain and the reason I don’t use this gym anymore is the hours, if they closed at 10 instead of 8:30 during weekdays this gym for sure beats all the other gyms in town.

When I lived in Boise and worked at CenturyLink I received a discounted membership through my health and wellness program. Sadly I moved away but chose this hotel location when I am in town, just to revisit this faculty. Extremely clean and well kept fitness club. All of their machines and equipment are state of the art. I only came for the steam room and pool, but can vouche for every aspect of this business. I am not sure if it's the same owner of the hotel, but hats off to whoever runs this place. They have too much to offer for me to say in this measly review, I highly recommend visiting their website to see everything they have to offer. I'll be back, again and again.
