“It’s hard to find reliable builders who aren’t going to take you for a ride. If you’re looking for a solid sunroom, I highly recommend Kevin who owns Victory Windows and remodeling. From start to finish, the process was very streamlined and smooth. He was easy to get a hold of throughout the couple months of the build, with prompt communication (permits, subcontractors, tiny adjustments). When Kevin said he would be there he was. Kevin and His employee were always very meticulous and clean; everything squared up, the subcontracted he had were also efficient. Victory windows prices are spot on. This is now everyone’s favorite room in the house. It’s been about a year and no issues, no cracks, no leaks-Everything is still on point and great.“C” another “large” window company came out and quoted us double what Kevin had and it was going to be 3 feet smaller in depth lol. His rate was honest and fair and he under promised but over delivered. We love that when paying for someone's services. He did an immaculate job matching our flooring and making our kitchen look like there was never any damage at all. He also took the time to do little odd handy jobs around the house that I asked him to do while he was there and even helped us fix our fridge when our appliance tech couldn't. “Called Blue Goat and Nick came out the next day and gave us a quote. Had 2 other outfits that gave us bids. Nick very professional, didn't make us watch videos like one of the others did. His crew is amazing. Nick said they would be coming the day after Christmas cause weather looked good and we finally got snow. “Approximately one year ago I purchased a Zack Evans Construction (ZEC) home in the WHITEHURST subdivision located in Eagle, ID. After looking at various homes built by several different builders and doing my research, it was obvious that the ZEC homes were superior. ZEC has built an excellent relationship with their subcontractors which are used on all their builds. As a result, the quality and consistency in the construction of their homes is excellent. Even my home inspector commented on what a good quality home I was purchasing when compared to others in the surrounding areas. Obviously, with any new construction home you’re going to find some issues during the warranty period. This is where ZEC really shines. They have an individual, Carl, dedicated to strictly warranty issues. Every problem I encountered during my 1st year was quickly addressed and fixed by the same subcontractors used during the initial construction. I can’t say enough good things about ZEC subcontractors. It’s one thing to build a beautiful, well constructed home, but another to stand behind it. If you’re in the market for a new home in the Boise area I highly recommend ZEC!“
