“I just had a post for my dental implant done. It went great! The assistant was cheerful & offered me a cosy blanket, got me started on a funny movie. I had the nitrus oxide & so the procedure flew by! Dr. King was friendly & thorough in explaing what was happening & asked a couple of times if I had any questions. I really appreciated that. I have high blood pressure , so I didn't eat or drink anything after midnight. Then took my hbp pills a couple of hours before the procedure. I was fine.“

You are guaranteed to be heard and also never feel pain or judgement. I had to get quite a bit of work and they only were nice and friendly about everything. “OK, I have been submitting reviews on Dr. Frandsen since moving to his practice in December 2018 and starting a dental implant procedure and replacement of a bridge covering 4 teeth with crowns. As previously mentioned, I have never experienced a dentist with the level of expertise, care and enthusiasm as Dr. Frandsen. His entire staff also is professional, experienced and have the same care and enthusiasm as him. It has been a joy to go through the 3 month implant process as everything went as planned and on time as explained by Frandsen at the outset back in December. Even the lab that Frandsen works with, Treasure Dental Lab, Cresta, has the same commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction as Dr. Frandsen. Cresta really cared that my crowns were perfect. Today was the final installation of my implant and crowns and upon seeing them I almost cried right there in the dental office. I felt like I was seeing the true me for the first time in years. All the problems from my previous crown of 30 years were resolved. My lips could not hold back my desire to smile big and proud of my new teeth. I have not smiled this broad in decades. I can honestly say I looked at Dr. Frandsen and said, “I know I’m paying you for this, but THANK YOU so much for giving me my smile back!” I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Frandsen for years to come as I know my teeth will be in great hands. “I cracked a tooth yesterday and I got a new dentist today, Dr Drake. I needed to be out of town this weekend and they got me in and my filling done same day. When I called in, the office/business person asked, "and do you have insurance?" I sheepishly answer, "nooooo, I don't." She didn't skip a beat. "That's no problem. We'll see you at 10." I also really enjoyed the vibe of the building (90's alternative hits were playing on the overhead speakers) and the staff. They were chill and funny. I may get a little nervous for the dentist, but I don't need to be spoken to gently and sweetly. The Premier team didn't patronize or baby me. Tooth feels great and now I can go enjoy a concert tonight.“
