Park West Dental has been fantastic at navigating the VA billing system, thanks to Kendra! She's a rock star! If you're a veteran using VA dental, this is the place to go! They're the ONLY dental office who knows how to do it right. And Dr. Drake is a fantastic dentist! I swear they're like magicians over there. Great Team! ?

The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant, and parking is a breeze. Front desk and all other staff members were gracious and personable, and they have top of the line pain management options, x-ray machines, and other dental equipment. However, I wasn’t fond of the dental assistants abilities since I often found myself in need of suction and sometimes choked on the fluid build up. Another sour note was talking with the dentist. The first visit was great, I felt he cared, but at an appointment when he was filling a cavity, I continued to feel uncomfortable with my bite alignment, and he didn’t seemed fussed about it. Had to have a double tooth extraction. Been a long time since I went to the dentist but they didn't try to push or pressure me for extra service. Which I was glad since I didn't have the money for it. They did a great job and where wonderful. The only reason I deduct a star is the dentist lost grip while pulling my tooth and startled me. He said sorry went back to work and had it done quick and painlessly. Basically a perfect experience other then that
