Fast T's saved me thousands of dollars and helped me avoid complete heartbreak. I was looking to buy a truck in the Des Moines area and needed a mobile mechanic to inspect the vehicle on my behalf. Terry was fast to respond and consistent, clear, and straight forward in his communications, which we did almost entirely by email. When his team got a chance to review the truck, they found several significant issues buried in the engine that likely would have been fatal to the engine in a few months. Fast T’s was the best call I made after I locked my key fob in the car at a gas station. The service and customer service were far above expectation.
When I called, Terry communicated clearly about his location and his eta to my location for assistance. He also called when he and his colleague were on the way. Fast T’s was fast, friendly and affordable. After getting the car unlocked, Terry helped diagnosis a “check engine” light for reassurance. He even provided a couple great laughs.
