Excellent Customer Service Experience in all areas. This is the second time we used Westside Appliance Repair. Our refrigerator was making funny noises - I called and the appointment was arranged for the very next day! The technician, Bill, did an amazing job. He was professional and very knowledgeable and analyzed the problem and possible solutions. with cost estimates. The advice he gave us after checking out refrigerator was perfect! No more noise! Amazing service by Bill on our Electrolux microwave/oven combo. This unit had been serviced twice by another group without success. Bill identified the problem, ordered the part, replaced it and now--it works!! Highly recommend this company and Bill!
I stopped in to see if they had a specialty replacement light bulb for our refrigerator freezer after having failed to find one at least 4 other places. Although Westside didn't have it either, the staff person looked on his computer and found another business just blocks away that had one bulb in inventory. I was able to buy it there thanks to his referral!
