“I was looking for a company that would properly repair work on my small rental done by an insulation guy a few years ago that I never should have had done. Plugs in holes in the siding drilled to pump in the insulation foam were falling out and allowing in rain, besides not holding paint and looking terrible! Companies I contacted didn't want to bother with this or else just wanted to replace the plugs. Parceros said they would do the job properly by pulling off that row of siding all around the house and replacing it, then painting it to match the house. This is what I was looking for! YAY! While doing the project they noted that the paint under the eaves was peeling-- the result of my renters not cleaning the gutters. They said since they were painting anyway, for a small fee they could also scrape and repaint that. They apologized in advance if the paint didn't match exactly, but when I saw the finished project, it looked good to me! The siding on this 1945 house is wider than modern houses, but they were willing to find a supplier and order replacement siding that fit. “After the contractor we had hired to do deracho repairs decided they did not want to finish my project, we were recommended to Kevin and from the beginning he has been very professional, very upfront about prices. He actually did more work for the same price than what the original contractor was going to do. My house is 115 years old and when he started on the project, he realized there was even more work that needed to be done that the prior contractor just glossed over. If he wasn't the best guy for the job, he brought in guys that were. I would recommend him for any work. He made my house beautiful and gave it a much needed facelift. I cannot say enough good about him and his company.Someone mentioned he showed up at various times but in construction, you have to work when it's nice.Update: He did wonderful work but never came back to finish one spot that the siding sub-contractor did wrong, he and I had a plan-the other guys didn't understand what was needing to be done so it was wrong. Then it became it'd be done with trim, that didn't happen. He told me he would fix it the way he and I had originally discussed (and I still have some pieces of siding in my garage for the fix) a couple times and then started ignoring my calls/texts.“
