Less than two years from my review and I NEED to update my review to warn others. (The crack happened a few months ago, and we were just able to finish replacing it a week ago.) We were originally happy with his bathroom work, until we realized just how wobbly the bath tub was that he replaced for us was. Lo and behold, a few months ago, the less than two years old tub cracked while in use and sent a waterfall in to the room below. After we saw more contractors, checking and double checking reviews, we got three quotes. Each knew nothing about the history and immediately made comments on the work they could see done, and they were not glowing words of praise. And all also pointed out how the faucet should've been installed, compared to how it was actually done. Ultimately, when we had the tub taken back out, our final contractor choice showed us how it was supposed to have support installed under it - and there was absolutely nothing making it sturdier and able to hold up under normal use. They made sure to show us how they were remedying the issue for us and made it as sturdy as the floor it sits on! It cost us around another $5000 to fix the tub area from TNT's work. I'd say just steer clear of using TNT for plumbing, but he also replaced our decks for us and we told him screws were coming out and boards were cracking just a few months after installation. We also found out the footings are most likely not installed correctly in placement, so we'll need to keep an eye on that. We know there was a wood shortage and price increases due to the height of the pandemic, but he assured us he'd come back out and fix the issues. Haven't heard or seen from him since. Please do your due diligence in researching people/companies that will be doing large projects for your home so you can save time, money and a headache further down the road.
