Quote was to replace carpet on stairs and flooring on the landing. The installer, John did an excellent job. He cleaned up afterwords and did the job in a timely manner. My experience would make me a repeat customer.

This is the second carpet project we've done with Jason. Ordering was easy...no drama or upsell. The first project went great and the newest project (due on Thursday) is expected to be just as well. I was pissed off to see a review (lately) that said Jason was "condescending"...bull****! If you don't "get" a person's personality....blame it on your own personality! Would do business with Carpet Tree for ANY need! The installers were awesome too!

We had a wonderful experience at Carpet Tree. Randy helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our needs. Jason was very prompt with measurements and answered all my questions on the estimate. We saved a lot of money and they work with their own installers so I knew exactly who was coming. Very pleased and will work with them in the future.
