Carpet Tree is amazing. Jason was direct and kind to us, very much appreciated. They were flexible with our needs and worked with us on replacing the flooring we had with vinyl plank, partly during a work trip, and were trustworthy and upfront with us. Brian was amazing! Very kind in answering any questions we had and making sure we would be happy. In fact, the manufacturer provided stair noses that didn’t match and they got matching colors for us special ordered and came to finish the job once they had them in. My husband and I are incredibly pleased with Carpet Tree! We highly recommend them!

Quote was to replace carpet on stairs and flooring on the landing. The installer, John did an excellent job. He cleaned up afterwords and did the job in a timely manner. My experience would make me a repeat customer.

This is the second carpet project we've done with Jason. Ordering was easy...no drama or upsell. The first project went great and the newest project (due on Thursday) is expected to be just as well. I was pissed off to see a review (lately) that said Jason was "condescending"...bull****! If you don't "get" a person's personality....blame it on your own personality! Would do business with Carpet Tree for ANY need! The installers were awesome too!
