(Wowza, how can that be?!) Annnnnnd..... I *just* had my HVAC serviced for the first time since moving in. Oops. It's been on my never ending to do list but was never really a priority. “No matter how many times you call nobody returns your call which isn’t great. But the long weekend I ran into trouble I somehow got Mr Nelson on the emergency line. He came out to fix my water heater. I was so happy about that and this is why they get 4 stars. They only accept checks or cash which is a bummer. So if you need something done you have to see if someone will answer the phone between 8am and 1pm. Otherwise dial another plumber.“
