“Dear MANAGER Kristen,I must praise your employee, Laura who works for customer service in distribution, for her excellent service she provided my family with this last week. I had huge issues with being able to get in contact with my representative at lowes and the delivery being pushed back my family and I have been without a home for 5 months. Without Laura’s help my delivery would’ve been pushed back even longer. I’m truly going to always remember this moment of kindness laura helped us get our delivery a day later and made sure it stayed that way instead of get delayed even longer. Even though Laura had a family emergency she still took care of my family and treated us with the most respect she could, she checked in on us three different times and made sure the process of receiving our cabinets went smoothly and recording/re-ordering any that were damaged.She was available throughout the installation-process in case any unforeseen problems arose. We would welcome her-assistance in future work we have with our home cabinet needs because she is so on top of things! My family believes she deserves a raise for all her hard work. “AJ did a great job! He's a very kind and respectful gentlemen and knows how to do his job very well. He was here on time and did an excellent job installing my shower. The gentlemen that did the plumbing was great too. They both cleaned up while doing the demolition and installation. AJ cleaned up everything afterwards. Very satisfied customer.“
