Dear MANAGER Kristen,I must praise your employee, Laura who works for customer service in distribution, for her excellent service she provided my family with this last week. I had huge issues with being able to get in contact with my representative at lowes and the delivery being pushed back my family and I have been without a home for 5 months. I walked in today looking at cabinets and counters for a basement project. Amanda was professional and very friendly. We setup an appointment for a quote. Although I did not interact with Chris and Jason. They both did seem fun and engaging when Amanda asked them about products lines and information. I will update after the appointment for a qoute.

I contacted them to get an estimate on refacing/replacing some cabinets in my kitchen. Someone came out a couple days later to take some rough measurements and discuss what were we looking to do. The guy (Jason I think) was very nice and even gave some good ideas that we hadn't thought of. He said he would work up some estimates and get back to us. A little over a week later I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to follow up. I was told that he would be working on my proposal the next day and he was hoping to have that to me by the end of the day. That was fine as I wasn't sure what to expect on a time frame.
