“Dear MANAGER Kristen,I must praise your employee, Laura who works for customer service in distribution, for her excellent service she provided my family with this last week. I had huge issues with being able to get in contact with my representative at lowes and the delivery being pushed back my family and I have been without a home for 5 months. Without Laura’s help my delivery would’ve been pushed back even longer. I’m truly going to always remember this moment of kindness laura helped us get our delivery a day later and made sure it stayed that way instead of get delayed even longer.
