“I came home from.work to find the temperature in our house was under 60°F and Colony was able to come out and diagnose the problem within an hour. There was really no good fix for our 30 year old furnace, the motor was kaput and there were no real guarantees if we tried replacing it. Colony was able to remove our old furnace and replace it with a much more modern and energy-efficient furnace. They were professional and provided great communication throughout the entire process. I was given step by step instructions on running the new thermostat and received recommendations on how to pick out the best replacement filters. Being a homeowner can be tough, but Colony was there for us when we needed them.“

“I was impressed with how professional Jeff and his team were!!! They were informative for every step of the way. Jeff personally walked me through what was done and explained so I understood. Also they were gentle and very considerate of my belongings. They rolled up my carpets and used site protection for my washer and dryer and the flooring. After the work was done they made sure to clean the site and moved everything back into place. And i was then asked if everything was to my liking. Wow ! How refreshing for such care. I highly recommend and will use them again“
