I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and quality of work we received from Phil’s Sewer and Drain Cleaning. I called yesterday evening (Saturday) and left a message about water backing up from the drain in the basement. Shortly after, I received a return call from Mr. Buchmayer saying he would be out first thing in the morning. True to his word he showed up and quickly fixed the issue (tree roots in the pipe). Mr. Buchmayer provided guidance on products to help avoid similar issues in the future and, even though it was a Sunday, charged a very reasonable price for his services. Installed a sink for me in my basement, was very responsive and completed the job in a timely fashion. He also installed a trap for my sink, and pipes to the drain for the sink, at a fair price. Glad to have found a good plumber, and will use for other jobs in the future!

Phil was wonderful! He fixed our Radon fan right away, was professional, and was very nice to talk to. He is honest and upfront with cost- no surprise fees. He is very knowledgeable and has a wide variety of skills. If you have anything wrong with your plumbing/radon- he's your man. Thank you, Phil!
