“I love Priority CrossFit! My first time at the gym was to sign up my school-aged sons for CrossFit Kids. This was such a great option for them, instead of crowded karate classes. The instructors worked diligently with my sons, teaching them the basics of weightlifting and ensuring proper form for a wide variety of exercises. This was a huge confidence-booster for one of them in particular; after not being in team sports since kindergarten, he was willing to join the junior varsity football team in high school.I saw how helpful this was for my sons, and decided to join myself too. I appreciate the way there is always an option for scaling an exercise to your ability level, by adjusting weights or reps or other options.
