For 2 years Pat has worked my husband, who has chronic mobility issues. My husband will never get back to what was, but without Pats help, I'm sure he would not be walking at all. Pat has the expertise to know what will or won't work on any given day, he pays attention to him, pushing him just enough. Pat has been my personal trainer for two years now. The workouts are challenging but not overdone where I dont want to work out again. He makes sure to be aware of any problem areas to ensure the workouts are safe and I do not injure myself.

Pat was great to work with and he did a great job creating a custom program for my specific needs. If anyone is worried about getting back into the gym after a long time away or for the first time I can tell you it will go smoothly and comfortably.During the roughly 4.5 months we worked together I went from 14% body fat down to 7%. I lost 7% body fat and gained lean muscle in the process.I would still be working with Pat today if I hadn't moved across the country.
