“Norm's has always been good to my family. When the A/C quit on us in the middle of July years ago, Norm's was there within 2 hours to take the call on an extremely busy and a stifling 90 plus degree day. Before they left that day, they checked everything and validated the repair before leaving. Even called us later to ensure unit was still operating and pushing cold air to keep the kids comfortable and safe.

This year when the A/C started acting up Norms was here within two hours. Diagnosed and explained that they did not have the part and would have to order, giving a time frame on possible delivery.
