Customer service, every company says they have it, but I have found a company that actually means it. They have been outstanding in helping my family, both immediate and extended with their heating and air needs. If Google had six stars, that is the rating that I would give them personally. I hope when you are trying to choose who to use in your time of need for heating and air, I sure hope my words will help you choose wisely and choose Norms heating and air.
Larry at Norm's was great! We have had another big name company out here for the last 2 years telling us we need to replace our 9 year old furnace. We called Norm's for a second opinion. Larry did a complete inspection on it and said it looks great, there's not a single problem with it! Stop getting ripped off if your "a/c or furnace is hurtin" and call Norm's!Service: HVAC system maintenance
My A/C went out during the night Friday. I called Norm's 24 hour service at 8AM. Larry called me at 8:20 apologizing that they were so busy he couldnt get to me until Monday. However...he asked me questions about what was wrong and diagnosed the problem over the phone. I simply had too much build up on my outside unit that it was shutting down. He told me to hose it out real well. Fixed! Thank you guys! Awesome service and going above and beyond! That is so rare. Thanks!!!!!!
