Posting this review on behalf of my mother. During a stretch of some of the hottest weather we've had in our parts for quite some time, mom's AC quit working. She called the company she's relied on for many years...Coziahrs. Dave and Louanne responded right away and unfortunately had to provide the bad news that it was time to replace her AC. Unfortunately their already full schedule did not permit installation until a couple days later. That said, Louanne actually invited Mom to stay with them during the oppressive heat until they could get her new unit installed. Mom declined the offer but Dave brought over a temporary portable AC to cool her bedroom in the interim. Not many HVAC. Contractors provide customer care like that. A day or two later the new unit was installed and Mom was comfortable again. It gives me great peace of mind to know there are still good honest folks out there my mom can rely on when needed. They're now on my list to call when I need them! Dave and Louanne are the best!
