Dr. Wichman was awesome! She was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand it.My prescription did change. I am not good at picking out frames, so I usually just replace the lens. Paige was awesome! She gave recommendations for my prescription and helped me pick out frames. We narrowed it down to 3 and with her coworker as moral support (I believe her name was Emily), we pick the pair of frames that looked the best on me. Thank you so much for your help!

Dr. Wichman was very professional and answered all my questions. Paige was very efficient in processing my eye glass purchases. Everyone there was very pleasant and I will refer Shopko Optical to others!

I had a chance to do an eye exam with the office staff and Dr. Tracey Payne today, and I had an outstanding experience. Everyone took the time to fully explain everything in detail and answer my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend this place for eye care service!
