I have used this facility for several years. Even though I have since moved a great distance from there, I still prefer to go to them. It was a great decision since I had eye surgery at Wolfe Clinic. The Eyemart staff was sincere, professional, and courteous in seeing that the whole process was completed to my satisfaction. Hats off to Eyemart for allowing me to continue a high quality of life!

My experience here is always top notch. I just got a great pair of new lenses for my previous frames. My problem was my last pair of lenses that I always cleaned with a soft cloth were smudged and hazy about an inch circle in the middle of each lens. When I went to get my new lenses made I was told that they forgot to put the scratch guard on my previous lenses. I'm glad for the honesty but I still paid for new lenses which probably should have been replaced for free cuz of there mistake. I new it wasn't the girl's fault to argue with so I left glad I at least had new lenses I could see clearly with. Been using this location for quite a few years.

Remi and Pam are always extremely helpful! They are so kind and one of the main reasons I continue to come to EyeMart in Ankeny. If you need help picking out glasses, they are the best! I had an issue with my glasses recently and they helped adjust my glasses so they no longer rubbed against my ear and gave me 5 days of contacts to use to my ear could heal. The customer service here is amazing! If you need help with your glasses or want to find a new pair, this is the place to go!
