I can't recommend Brad enough, especially if you are a first-time homebuyer like us! He was incredibly patient and honest and helped us understand the process and what everything meant. He was quick to reply to any questions or requests to view homes. Once we found the home we wanted, he helped us make a competitive offer that was still within our comfort zone. Brad truly cares about his clients, and he will be my first call for any future real estate needs :)
