Absolutely horrible customer service. This location is unwelcoming as soon as you enter the facility. The staff lacks customer service training. They have zero courtesy and rude.

My father was told to go in any time to check his blood pressure. My father went in to check his blood pressure and was told he needs an appointment.

Don’t typically leave a review for places like this, but, bro, why is the receptionist so loud? She was airing my business for the whole clinic to hear. Even when I tried to whisper my personal address, she’s still yelling my address and info to the city of Altoona. This is not acceptable.

I typically don't leave reviews but I am so upset over my visit with Dr Torgeson. Went to meet and visit her for the very first time today. She barely had time to listen to my concerns and when she did she would use the excuse that "She has been a doctor for 30 years she knee what she was doing" When asked about portal communication she mentioned excessive "we would have a problem" After reading notes from the visit she stated I was a patient who needed hand holding and she's not that kind of doctor. I can tell you what other kind of doctor she is one that lacks empathy. Would not recommend.
