I had the absolute worst experience EVER with pathetic doctor she shouldn’t even be giving the title of a doctor but her name is Nikala Prasasouk. I went in with an infected toe. When she came in from the jump her attitude and vibe was completely rude and seemed like she didn’t want to attend to me. If that is the case why are you in a medical field. You have people’s hands in your life. I had told her my whole left side of my body is numb and can’t barely walk nor have any type of feeling. If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point of reserving your spot for the walk In if they won’t honor it. EVERY time I come to this location I wait for hours upon hours.

The online system doesn't work the wait is still forever once you get there. This place is terrible. Said to call back if symptoms worsened and they would send over a prescription but then referred us to our PCP. Just go to your Dr office. This place is a scam.
