“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.“

“Recently, my baby, Kiara, developed blood in her stool. One morning, after the problem got worse, I called but they were booked for the day. But they squeezed me in and problem solved. Over many years (3 dogs), they have been professional and efficient--never have I felt that I was kept waiting unnecessarily. And they seem to enjoy working there, which translates to a very friendly staff.“

“Staff were super helpful, clean inside, do t try to up sell and the doctors listened and adjusted there course of action which is refreshing. “I’ve been to see Dr Chang a few times over the years. He and his staff are amazing and are always super kind and patient with my chickens. With my first chicken he saved her life after she likely ate something toxic and she ended up living another few years. My second chicken made it to 8.5 years and when she finally passed (naturally) their team sent my family a card ?.

“Absolutely the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan.We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Charlie truly love animals and it is obvious in the care they show. The front desk staff were so sweet as well, especially Angelica. When I returned to retrieve Iniki's ashes a couple days later, they had washed and rolled up the beach towel we used to bring him in.Today a sympathy card arrived in the mail hand written by Dr. Jordan and it was priceless and so heartfelt. We have moved our other dog Kona's records over to MTCPC and we will never be looking for another vet!Aloha and mahalo nui loa to Dr. Jordan and his wonderful staff!“

“Ive had bad experiences and the vet before, so when i say this hospital was incredible, i mean it. Every member of the staff especially the doctors were so caring and went above and beyond to make sure me and my cat were satisfied. Dr. Yap was the one taking care of my cat, and she was wonderful!! me and my cat left happier than ever and i can tell she already feels much better than she does going to other vet hospitals. i would 100% recommend going here for any pet needs, less money for better service“

“Dr Scott and his team have been taking care of my 15+ year old Shih Tzu since he was a baby. He saved him through many challenges and keeps him very healthy on the daily. Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!“

My puppy was dealing with a lot of issues we were unsure & scared about him losing weight, no energy, etc. Dr. Jordan did a full check up, gave him an IV, and sent us home with medicine. “Been coming here with all my babies for the last 9 years. I’m only writing this review now because a couple of my friends had bad experiences at their vets that I was bewildered by; I told them I had never experienced anything like that at THPC so I referred them and they made an appt immediately — and were BLOWN AWAY by how amazing the staff was. I guess I’m so lucky in thinking that having available, caring, and knowledgeable doctors and techs is normal ?❤️“

“Sometimes you just have to be an advocate for your dog when they get older. I noticed her eyes were going bad from diabetes and I really wanted to see an eye specialist. There are two on this island and this one was preferred out of the two options. It took several months for the first original appointment, which to me seemed kind of normal to see an animal specialist. But once you get in the other appointments seem to be easier. I think the one thing I noticed is that they seemed to be kind of old school. Appointments were scheduled over the phone and manually on a appointment book. Receipts are also not soft copies either to emails. A lot of times you're leaving a voice message on their phone, but it seems like the receptionist has several jobs to do there. Otherwise, everyone there is friendly and we really liked the doctor. She was so very patient and kind to nala which we really liked and always had her best interest. Some key notes - you must have a face mask on if you want to go inside. Prior to your appointment you must wait outside until you're called in for yours. The location is on a one way street in a alleyway so it's very easy to miss.“

“We love this clinic?

After we moved we struggled a bit with finding the right vet who could help our cats. They’ve been struggling after the change, two have been fighting and one has been isolating.

Our first visit we met with a vet who suggested environment changes and setting up spaces for each cat so they could feel more comfortable. She gave us a print out as well with suggestions and tips on how to deescalate cat fights and it even had a list of suggested toys and trees! This helped a lot, we got a wheel for our Manx who has a lot of energy and she stopped fighting our male cat, the cat trees also helped our other female to have spaces and spots near my husband while he’s home who she absolutely adores. The only one who still wasn’t settling was our male.

Our second visit was to talk about our male cat specifically. We were concerned that something was happening that we couldn’t see. Pain, anxiety, or some other factor as he was pacing the house, meowing constantly, and completely inconsolable. The vet was completely on track with us, she suggested a blood panel to check for an underlying condition as well as a pain killer since he is older and is high risk for arthritic pain. We are waiting for an appointment to get the blood panel done since he needs to be sedated for it (he’s spicy but we love him), but we are very pleased with our experience so far ?

Update: the painkillers helped our boy so much and he became so much happier and cuddlier after this pain was managed.

We unfortunately had to say goodbye to him in September when he had a urinary blockage. It was an extremely hard time for me, he had been my companion for 10 years and played a huge part in my life and in the lives of others who knew him. This hospital did an amazing job being compassionate and kind during the whole process. They handled everything delicately and professionally while also being willing to work with and communicate with us on every aspect. I cannot emphasize how much this hospital has solidified a spot in our family’s heart.
