I love Dr. Hsu. He saved my Yorkie's life two years ago. He loves animals and his practice. He recently removed her tooth and took time showing me how to brush her teeth at the re-check appointment today. The staff are very competent.

Dr. Hsu is GREAT along with any Vetenarion that my cats had appointments withWait time is not too bad.Great front desk service in all 3.5 years of appointments. Great follow up by the staff if needed.The cost of cat nail cuts are extremely high, but since I got all the cats there, I might as well.VET TECH did a Sani Shave on the wrong cat on a last visit but Sean let me bring the right cat back for a free sani shave.Vet tech also cut one of my cats nails too short that it bled but we were not charged for it.I live blocks away so it is convenient and everyone is great for the most part!

Everyone at THPC is always super kind and professional. I trust the Doctors here completely and I feel lucky to be able to come here. I have two cats and one of them gets stressed easily With my anxiety I have brought my cat here for small things. Dr Tsu, Dr Kondo, and Dr Barrett have all shown me and my cats care and understanding. Everyone takes their time to answer my many questions. I have and will continue to recommend THPC to people in person and online.
