“Years ago, Blane and his working partner did a fantastic job at redoing/fixing our water heaters which a previous plumber had messed up. It was definitely a job well done!
Recently, our heater wasn't connecting with our PV so I spoke to Blane and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He waited patiently on the phone while I followed his instructions in our process of figuring out the issue. We realized it was an electrical outlet issue! Since we were able to figure it out over the phone, Blane helped to save me money! I had actually called another company by accident while trying to find Performance Plumbing and they said they needed to come up to our house to figure it out even after I had sent them a picture. They didn't even try to see if could be an electrical problem!

“Once again my elderly house was in dire need, we arrived home from 2 weeks on the mainlad to a situation where our water was OFF and there had been a huge leak during our absence. I called Sidney Reyes at 10:30 on a Saturday night and he answered with my name before the second ring. We scheduled for this morning and he arrived 45 minutes early and the repair was complete in 20 minutes. I cannot thank him enough. He makes me feel truly taken care of.“

“We wanted to remodel our condo eventually & came across Lin Construction. Mr Lin and Megan ( manager) came out to greet us and they were very attentive especially Megan who know I am pressing for times this time around. She asked me what my preferences were and suggested to look at cabinets/ flooring at couple of different places. She took her times to meet us there and trying to find the style I am after. At the end we went to a custom cabinet place to see if my vision can become a reality and now I am waiting for a quote to see how much it will cost. Since I am not in a hurry and have learned a lot from the people on the island is to make sure all the supplies are there before work will start and that including all the appliances. “My Sunday prayer came through…on a Saturday evening after 10pm, one of our toilets clogged/backed up which led to a domino effect causing the tub to back up some water and then our other toilet and tub did the same thing; the next day being a Sunday got me worried because I didn’t know if I could find a plumber to come out and check the problem, which meant we’d be without use of both bathrooms until the next day which would be Monday, so we googled some DIY options and tried it but it didn’t work; did another google search for plumbers that can come out on a Sunday; we decided on Roto-Rooter because it showed open 24 hrs and no extra charge for nights and weekends; called them and appreciate the dispatch being very helpful and quick to get us booked within an hour/2 hours; service techs Simon M and James C came out soon after my call; I appreciate the job they both did especially with going under the house and am very happy with how quickly and courteously they did it; they said they’ll get it fixed and they did; I’m very happy I called Roto-Rooter and yes I’d call them again if needed and yes I do recommend them to anyone out there who thinks it can’t be done, especially on a Sunday…great job to my Sunday Angels Simon and James, thank you Roto-Rooter!“

My favorite part of these guys is how honest and transparent they are about their services. They asked me for pics and a video, and they were able to provide a rough estimate over Yelp messaging. I discovered the leak at about 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. By 10:30 Monday morning, I had an appointment with Albert. By 12:00 NOON my water heater was fixed! Awwwwrite ! Mahalo to Albert and Keiko.
