“Dr. Dean Yoshimoto is AMAZING!!!My mom has been suffering from extreme knee pain for some time now, and even seeing a sports medicine doctor and physical therapists back at home in Chicago, nothing was working - the pain was still there, if not more so, and there was never a clear answer or a treatment plan that was offered by any of the specialists.Here comes Dr. Yoshimoto, who literally decreased my mom's knee pain by 90% after 1 visit. Yes, you heard that right - 90%!!! He was extremely patient, kind, and really broke it down in terms of pinpointing what exactly was going on, what treatment was needed, and what exercises to do at home. He was so shocked and was left speechless that my mom was dealing with inept individuals all this time - clowns, I tell you! Unbelievable.You can tell that Dr. Yoshimoto genuinely cares for each of his patients. He's not the typical physical therapist who gives you some stretches to do, hooks you up to a muscle stimulating machine, and/or gives you a head pad and calls it a day. He actually tries to target the source of pain!I am so grateful that I was able to find him for my mom, and I was actually kind of serious when I told her that maybe she should consider moving to HI permanently, just for him. “My physical therapist, Coty C is excellent !She takes the time to explain each exercise ,what we are working on and makes sure that I am performing the exercise hitting the correct target . At the end of each session, she downloads the exercises, prints the pictures for me with the explanation and makes sure I understand the target points we are working on to get me better! She is patient, thorough and always is positive ! We end each session with a positive outlook to the next with a bright, beautiful smile from my smart, patient physical therapist!“
“I had a separation in the labrum of my hip. I initially went to a different PT who told me he couldn’t do anything to help me. I felt pretty helpless but my doctor referred me to Shawna and she was great. It’s been about a month since I was discharged from PT and I am almost back to my normal/full range of motion with no pain and no surgery!“

“This place is wonderful. Becky M. has been with me on my recovery from a rotator cuff surgery and I was scared and in pain and she made this such a positive and relaxing experience. I'm not terrified to go in I actually look forward to it. She's very supportive and patient and she makes recovery easier. I love this place. The entire environment is so pleasant. The front desk staff and everyone. But Becky is truly great and I'm grateful for her being apart of my recovery team 10/10 would recommend.“
“Business is located at Imperial Plaza 2nd floor on right of it is Fong Eyecare Vision Center which I go to. I was referred here from my friend who works at this company. My doctor's office made a request to do my physical therapy. My physical therapist Harvey did an evaluation on what I needed to work on in terms of exercises to help with my neck and shoulder. 2 physical therapy assistants looks in my file to know what exercises that I need. There is a machine which pt assistant set up so it can massage my neck for 20 minutes and heating pad under my back. While I am doing my exercises, they are helping at least 2 other people with their exercises. After I am done with my exercise, Harvey massages my neck and back. HMSA will only allow me 10 physical therapy sessions. At last session, physical therapist will do his evaluation.“

“I’ve been coming here 2-3 time per week since the end of May/early June of 2023 following a surgery on my shoulder. This was the third surgery on that shoulder, and I was pretty skeptical of the help I would receive due to some negative experiences at previous locations I had done my physical therapy as well as the daunting news from my surgeon that the operation will likely fail to hold the repair. It didn’t take me any more than a few sessions to believe that I was in good hands here.Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, professional, and it is clear that they enjoy working with each other. Of the staff members there (as of December 2023), I have had the most exposure to Chelsea. I feel as though I lucked out with having her conduct many of my treatments because along with the clear knowledge she has within this field, she has also made my recovery plan feel as though it has been a collaborative process with my end-goal physicality which makes for a treatment plan that feels tailored to my needs. She has met me with a high level of professionalism and friendliness every time I come in as well as ensuring that the intensity of the day’s exercises matches my fluctuating pain levels.I still have a long ways to go with my recovery, but I am confident that I will make a better-than-expected recovery as I am in much less pain, much more flexible, and much stronger than my previous recoveries, and in a much smaller time frame too. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience here, and I would recommend this place to anybody.“

“11 Nov 2022 First visit and very impressed. The receptionist took time to have the required forms almost completely filled out to the point where pretty much all I had to do was read, date, sign, or initial all four of them. My appointment started on time and Briana was my therapist. She took the time to go over what I needed, what we were going to do, what I was going to need to do and what results I could expect. Unfortunately I've undergone physical therapy in the past, back on the mainland and this was most professional and attentive therapy I've ever received. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from both her and Mark. Mahalo“
