“LG Construction did a total remodel, which included a new floorpan, new rooflines, creating a subfloor from different levels and concrete and wood foundation, etc., and the end-result was fantastic! It was a challenging project due to being an old original house, but owner Chi, and Shen were always steadfast and achieved the desired outcomes. The LG job cost was most cost competitive, and are dependable and trustworthy. Also, the tile work by Chi's brother is 5 star quality and very impressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending LG Construction for your remodel, big or small. I've also had the pleasure of working with LG on various condo projects, and the work is always top-rate. “Aok did a stunning master bathroom renovation that included going from an outdated jetted tub to a two-person walk-in rainfall shower! It was a collaborative process from start to finish with Kai. The workmanship of his team, Rocky and Jin, was excellent. They were super efficient and respectful to both us and our home. Look no further if you want a contractor that responds in minutes to your calls/texts, is very flexible and accommodating, and is highly knowledgeable of the design and construction process!We also had Aok do our kitchen remodel - the result a simply gorgeous new kitchen!My only regret in this entire process is not hiring Aok as a one-stop shop to do the painting and flooring installation - that's how good the final product is!!! “20 Years ago - I was the manager of a Large commercial Kitchen in Kailua. This company put in the floor without delays like some Government contractors will dream up. Not 1 Tile was broken moving the equipment back into the kitchen. Most times there is a few broken tiles. The floor worked great and is still working great - had a Floor drain problem and Dug up the floor - Had the 2 cases of tiles and baseboard backup left for just this reason. Also had the plumbing company do another job they said "they don't male that tile anymore" I had the Box and bam I made them buy the tile (not something they had laying around) The floor worked great to this day. Earthquake October 2011? This floor held up. They used Good Adhesive not just plain old stuff. I just thought about this floor is why I am doing a rating. Oct. 2020“

“I'd give them ten stars if I could! We wanted to upgrade our floors before our new furniture arrived. I contacted multiple businesses for quotes. Gabe from Kingdom Flooring was, hands down, the most knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly set up a meeting, came on time, and reviewed our situation, anticipating potential issues by looking around and then talking them through with me. He had nice samples on hand and helped me choose a good color of vinyl plank flooring on his second visit. He stayed in touch in a professional way while I made my decision about which company to go with. His price was reasonable. Not the cheapest but SO worth it, because the work ended up being fantastic. He came the first morning of the job with Tim and Kela, the two workers who did the installation. We spent the week with Tim and Kela in our place; they were professional, respectful, efficient, and pleasant to be around. Most of all, they were experts at their job. They did such painstaking work that, for example, they didn't need to use a transition piece by our sliding windows because they lined the planks up so tightly that a fine bead of caulk did the trick. Kela even found a leak by our window that we didn't know existed and patched it for us. They enabled me to telecommute all week while they worked, by saving my office till last and then moving me into the bedroom for the final days. They even figured out how to brace the supports in the closets so they could install the flooring continuously. Truly above and beyond. And the best part is that the job was done properly the first time. No problems. No need for anyone to come back. We have a bright, beautiful condo with flooring we are proud to show off. Thank you, Gabe and your team. I recommend you to everyone!“
