I needed a new roof, which meant organizing to take off and reinstall the solar panels. Family First Solar worked seamlessly with the roofing company to do this. I wanted a battery that would take away the headache of power outages so they installed Sol-Ark which has larger capacity of battery than Tesla. After installation, thorough inspection was made and the system was a go. My electric bill went from an average of $32 to $15.50. If you're looking for a locally owned solar company with exceptional service without paying an arm and a leg for quality product then look no further. While trying to get our solar for our home we probably got between 8-10 quotes from large companies to other locally owned companies.
Kevin and his team made this process a no brainer. He answered all my questions (which were a ton and all hours of the day) he never made me feel like I was bothering him.
