The staff at Carrier Hawaii is amazing! We work with them often and they are alway very helpful, friendly and provide outstanding service. They have been such a blessing. One of the best companies to work with. Highly recommend!!

So one of my remotes broke and had to get a replacement. Wasn't to sure what to do so..... of course I call one of my friends that works with A/C units and he said to give them a call. The two ladies in the parts department was so helpful in identifying the make, model and part number for my remote. I asked them if I could pick it up that day and they said sure. It was my fault for running late but these ladies were so sweet and stayed back 15 min for me .... they are too sweet Awesome place
