THEY INSTALL IN HILO!!!! I couldn't find a Hawaii Energy vendor in Hilo and was referred by my friend in HNL to Craig's Air. Craig called me right away to introduce himself and then Jordan in Hilo called me right after to schedule a consult so I could get the install and credit before the end of the year. Not only are they a Hawaii Energy vendor, they gave fantastic service, follow up, not to mention the price was unbeatable. They even helped me get an electrician to help with the electrical box. I've worked with Craig's AC twice now. I am impressed by their personable staff, honest repairs, and fair pricing. They replaced many electrical components on my split AC after a gecko fried the board. Shortly after the repair the unit quit working again and Craig's came back at no cost to repair it again and did extra work to ensure it would not happen again. I've worked with other AC companies (Steves) and have found them to be overpriced and less customer oriented. I'll be working with Craigs moving forward to include AC cleanings. Thank you Craig's!
